On December 21st, we had our very first AMA session with the community of our partner company Bigcoin Vietnam. Our CEO Gabriel introduced Nunu Spirits to their channel with more than 20k members! We were amazed by the community engagement and interest they have in the project.
Since the discussion opened multiple important topics that may be useful for all Nunu fans, here is a summary of the most talked about token and project details.
Can you tell us about the background and experience of your project development team? And how will they carry out the project during the current pandemic?
Gabriel, the creator of Nunu Spirits, is originally from the U.S. but has been living in Bratislava, Slovakia and working in the gaming industry for the past 11 years. 3 years ago he started his own game studio Tater Games with his partner Marian who he met while working together on another project. Their most recent title, DinoX has been quite successful and the open beta is planned for release next month. The rest of the team consists of experienced game developers, graphics designers, blockchain developers and marketing specialists.
The current situation and Covid-19 outbreak has caused certain issues but we all have experience in working remotely and using digital technologies, e.g. Slack or Jira for project management and team communication. Thanks to that, we were able to overcome all the obstacles and even open a new office space in the city center of Bratislava where we take precautions like vaccines and we do PCR testing for anyone in or visiting the office.
Can you List 1-3 killer features of your PROJECT that makes it ahead of competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about??
The world is facing growing concerns about the environmental crisis. While many crypto projects look for green initiatives, very few are designed to make direct ecological impact. We believe that Nunu Spirits can be part of the solution. Unlike other NFT games, Nunu Spirits lets you plant trees by just playing a game. Players can collect 3D NFTs called Nunus in a game world built on a play-to-earn ecosystem where every Nunu has a chance to become a real tree, planted in the real world.
Thanks to their incredible popularity, NFTs have a potential to play an important role in shifting towards a greener and sustainable future. Especially when it comes to the greenest NFT.

Project status
What’s your main focus right now, are you focused on the community or market / exchange or the products? What are your goals for the next year?
During the last couple of weeks, we have finalized several partnerships that are crucial for the IDO launch, including launchpads such as VentUp and Gamestarter or marketing partners that help us with community management. Seed and private investment rounds were finalized as well. More partnership announcements will be shared in the following weeks.
Currently, we are focusing on community engagement, announcements of interesting news, AMAs and our artists are working hard on the game design. There is an intensive discussion with exchanges going on as well, so we have everything prepared in January when the IDO is planned.
For the game, we are pretty confident in showing the first gameplay already in Q1 and by Q3 some solid beta gameplay with first NUGO earnings and the full system would most likely be live by the end of 2022.
Tokenomics
Can you share details about token circulation and what is your total supply? In short, please assist us with your tokenomics structure?
The tokenomics follows closely to other industry standards but automatically reserves a portion of revenues and adds it to the treasury to fund reforestation activities.
NNT – Cryptocurrency, tradable token allowing investing in the project and voting on its future.
NUGO – Tradable token that can be only obtained by interacting with the game.
NUNU – NFT at the center of the entire game and the ecosystem. Can be purchased using NNT or ETH.
How does your project increase the token’s value, liquidity and utility?
Our token has an edge on other tokens that only affect the game worlds and GameFi ranking. Our token has a real world use case. As we shift toward more decentralized governance the NNT holders will be able to vote on our ecological actions.
On your website you don’t mention that you have done any internal or external audit of your smart contract, so can you give us details if you have done any audit before? How reliable and secure is your smart contract?
To start we are using established smart contracts that have already been audited and we are in the process of verifying these independently as well. A certified audit is in progress and will be completed and finalized soon.
